# JotVision > JotVision is the system of action for your data and operations. We run supervised workflows that carry work to completion across the systems a business already has (ERP, CRM, support, sales, files, email and portals), and with AVA (Agentic Visual Applications) we turn what happens in the physical world into data and action using cameras and robots. Agents do the routine work; people make the decisions that need judgment. JotVision has two lines of business with different buyers: 1. Data operations: services for distributors, manufacturers, and industrial suppliers. Common starting workflows are supplier price changes, rebate claims and credits, pricing and margin, and product data cleaning and catalog cross-reference. JotVision builds the workflow on its own technology, runs it with the customer's team, and writes back to the ERP only with the customer's approval. The first step is one workflow and one Excel export; nothing changes in the ERP on day one. 2. Vision & Robotics: AVA observes physical environments (operating rooms, labs, warehouses, inspection lines), understands what matters from a natural-language intent, creates structured data and evidence, and triggers the next action. Robotic arms with cameras perform visual inspection. Hardware partners include PTZOptics (cameras) and Trossen Robotics (robot arms). Processing can run locally or in the cloud. An API is planned. Key facts: - Founders: Soren Harner (integrations and technologies; led engineering and product at MuleSoft, Atlassian, BigCommerce, and Meta Company; M.S. in AI, Stanford; 3 patents), Etay Gafni (product and experience; led UX and technology innovation at SAP, founded BrightAct, a product agency for MuleSoft, Gong.IO, and SanDisk; 3 patents), Art Muir (hardware and robotics; built hardware at PyrAmes, Artificial Muscle, and Parker Hannifin; BS in Mechanical and Civil Engineering, UC Davis; 10 patents). Combined experience includes MuleSoft, Atlassian, SAP, BigCommerce, Meta Company, Vignette, SanDisk, Gong.IO, Model N, and SaverLife; thirty-plus years each. - Engagement model, three phases: Discovery (listen to the team, observe the workflow, propose improvements using capabilities not yet used), Implementation (build the workflow with AI agents, test it against past data until results match the team's logic, then lock it for runtime under operator supervision), Operation (run and supervise the workflow, handle exceptions and edge cases, adapt from team feedback). The customer stays in control and informed in every phase. - Governance and control: nothing changes in the ERP on day one (work starts from an export the customer already produces); JotVision works through files, exports, APIs, or existing interfaces with the access the customer approves; every update is checked, logged, and measured against the baseline; decision rights are written into every workflow and nothing goes live without the customer's sign-off. - Customers and partners shown on the site: AFS (Automation & Factory Solutions, a SunSource company), LayerJot, Ascendco, PTZOptics, Trossen Robotics. - Reference: Mona Sabet, SVP Strategy, Programs and Operations at AFS, worked with JotVision from 2025 on automating pricing and sales operations and launching an e-commerce channel on a tight deadline. - JotVision is not a self-service software platform, an AI chat tool, or a large consulting firm. Customers work directly with the founders. - Contact: book an intro call at https://calendly.com/etaygafni/introduction-to-jotvision ## Pages - [Home](https://jotvision.com/): what JotVision does, the two lines of business, the AFS case, the data and workflow problems solved, governance and control, the team, FAQ - [Services](https://jotvision.com/services): the three-phase engagement model, governance and control, data-operations services (supplier price changes, rebates, pricing and margin), how to tell if a workflow fits, FAQ - [How it works](https://jotvision.com/how-it-works): information flow, step-by-step workflow, engagement loop (discovery, implementation, operation), decision rights, who owns what, FAQ - [AVA](https://jotvision.com/ava): Agentic Visual Applications, example applications (instrument tray identification, OR flow analysis, lecture capture), privacy, partners, FAQ - [Robotics](https://jotvision.com/robotics): robotic visual inspection with AVA, where it applies, partners - [About](https://jotvision.com/about): founders (Soren Harner, Etay Gafni, Art Muir), backgrounds, and approach ## Optional - [Full site text](https://jotvision.com/llms-full.txt): every page as plain text
